SlotsDJ Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neroblanko Tech B.V., the company that operates SlotsDJ under a licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority. This agreement governs your use of the SlotsDJ platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus participation, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the service, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

About us and licensing

SlotsDJ is operated by Neroblanko Tech B.V., a company incorporated in the Netherlands. The platform holds a gaming licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority, which authorises casino and sportsbook operations across all active markets. Neroblanko Tech B.V. operates a group of nine brands, including SpinSahara, WinBeatz, Boomzino, RoyalsTiger, CasinoBossy, RingoSpin, NeedForSlots, and TonySpins, all governed by the same operating entity. Governing law for this agreement is Costa Rica.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, payment method documentation, and source of funds evidence, before processing your first withdrawal or at any point thereafter. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close an existing account where these eligibility conditions are not met or where we have reason to believe the account is being used in breach of these terms. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to register.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets (Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard), mobile payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay), bank transfer (Interac, available to Canadian players), and a native cryptocurrency suite covering Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether (USDT), Dogecoin, Tron, and USD Coin. The minimum deposit across all methods is EUR 15. The internal operating currency is EUR; deposits and withdrawals in other currencies are converted at the time of transaction. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 50 for most methods, rising to EUR 120 depending on method and country. Casino-side withdrawal processing takes up to 3 business days, after which additional time may apply depending on the payment provider. Standard withdrawal limits are EUR 1,000 per day, EUR 3,000 per week, and EUR 10,000 per month; higher limits are available at elevated loyalty ranks. Wins exceeding EUR 10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to EUR 10,000. A mandatory 3x rollover of all active deposits must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, and KYC verification is required before the first cashout. Withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonus offers on the platform. The casino welcome package spans three deposits, with a 100% match up to EUR 1,000 on the first deposit, a 50% match up to EUR 1,000 on the second, and a 100% match up to EUR 1,000 on the third, together with up to 350 free spins. The standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 40x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet on slot games is EUR 5 and EUR 10 on live games; bets exceeding these limits may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The maximum cashout from any casino bonus is 10x the bonus amount, and the maximum win from welcome free spins is EUR 50. Game contributions toward wagering vary: slots contribute 100%, buy-feature games 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, and table games, live games, instant win, scratch, and originals contribute 0%. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and bonuses may not be combined. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus and void associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to advantage play, feature banking, collusion, or the use of duplicate accounts.

Responsible gambling

We provide a range of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion. Players who are in a self-exclusion or cooling-off period at the time of a win are not entitled to that prize.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat (available 24/7) or by email at [email protected] . If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first point of contact, you may request escalation to a senior member of the support team. We will acknowledge escalated complaints within 7 days and provide a final response within 30 days of receipt. If a complaint remains unresolved after exhausting our internal process, you may refer the matter to the Curacao Gaming Authority, which has the capacity to intervene in payment disputes between players and operators.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will provide notice by email or by a prominent notice on the site, and the updated terms will state the date on which they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
